MEZZOFORTE created Iceland´s first international chart hit, GARDEN PARTY, in 1983. In the past 30 years, they performed on stages in 40 countries and released 12th albums, with their most recent album released this year.

The band members consist of founder members, Eythor Gunnarsson on keyboards, Gulli Briem on drums and Johann Asmundsson on bass, with the guitar chores now amicably being shared between Bruno Mueller and original guitarist Fridrik Karlsson. Other teammates include Reykjavik reed-man Oskar Gudjonsson, Sebastian Studnitzky on trumpet/keyboards and percussion-powerhouse Thomas Dyani.
