The Wheel Deal

Fixing you up with life in the fast lane.

The Targa Florio was one of the greatest open road endurance races the sports car world has ever known. Held in the mountains around Palermo, Sicily, it was eventually killed off in 1977 due to safety concerns. Fortunately you can relive its glory days in this super sepia-tinted documentary put together by the good folks at Castrol. Aptly named Mountain Legend, it reviews the 49th running of this fantastical event that took place on 9 May 1965. A must-watch for all you retro racing aficionados…
