Fixing you up with life in the fast lane.

Thursday night’s final qualifying session for the 80th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans wasn’t very fruitful for the popular Corvette Racing outfit. For after nabbing pole position on Wednesday evening, the No. 74 car piloted by Gavin/Milner/Westbrook was quickly relegated to third position overall in the GTE-Pro category. Second was won by the No. 97 Aston Martin and first by the No. 59 Luxury Racing Ferrari 458 Italia. The second factory-backed Corvette, the No. 73 car driven by Taylor/Garcia/Magnussen, rounded off the top five behind the No. 71 AF Corse Ferrari.

American V8 fans shouldn’t be too concerned though as the Corvette Racing Compuware Corvette C6.Rs have a hard-earned reputation for reliability. Backed by an experienced pit crew and some of the most consistent drivers in the endurance racing business, they’re definitely up to the task of winning back the GTE-Pro crown.
