Back to The Future: Meet the all-electric DeLorean

Great Scot! The Delorean Motor Company has announced that an all-electric DMC-12 will be brought to market in 2013. Technical details are vague at best but according to the firm’s owner, Stephen Wynne, it will kick out 153kW and be able to reach a maximum speed of 201kph. Needless to say it won’t ship standard with a Flux Capacitor but you will be able to charge it up by plugging it into your everyday wall socket.
