According to reports from the BBC, Michael Schumacher has just signed a one-year contract with the Mercedes-Petronas F1 team and will be returning to Formula One in 2010. This sensational deal is reportedly worth a cool £6.2 million and, if all works out in the battle against Red Bull, McLaren and Ferrari, can be extended beyond next year’s season. Now while some F1 comebacks have been dodgy to say the least (remember the ill-fated Mr. Villeneuve) something tells me that Schumi still has what it takes to kick some serious Hamilton/Vettel/Alonso ass. Roll on 2010, it’s going to be a cracker…
