Reminiscent of a Nine Inch Nails album cover, the ghostly image you see here is supposed to give us a taste of what the new BMW 5 Series is going to look like. Besides showing off a coupé-like silhouette, this digital rendering tells me that the new 5 Series will probably be a sleeker, less bulbous rendition of the 5 Series Gran Turismo I drove in Portugal last month. Either way, the Munich-based firm promises that it’ll deliver much in the way of driving pleasure and showcase the latest and greatest in engine technology.
