Aston Martin DB2

This mint Aston Martin DB2 Team Car set a new auction record after it was sold for a staggering £550 000 at RM Auctions’ London this week. The biggest sale of the evening, however, was a 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR Roadster, the only right-hand drive example built, achieving £616 000, followed closely by a 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR Coupe selling for £522 500. Needless to say the famed RM Auction house ended its 2009 auction season on a high, posting an incredible £10.9 million in total sales. How the other half live.
