Sunday Times photographer Raymond Preston hopped on the luxury 42-foot catamaran Broadbill for a couple of days of game fishing on St Lazarus Banks, off the coast of Northern Mozambique.

They hooked dorado, tuna, sailfish and a couple of seriously toothy and vicious barracuda.
