Alexandra Shulman Vogue UK’s most marvelous editor recently took on the fashion industry by placing the “thin” blame on the designers and suggesting that the ever more miniscule sample sizes being supplied for shoots are leading to ever more miniscule models. Now she has taken on the subject of working motherhood. Not scared of controversy this lass. She asks why any boss would hire a woman? Heavy stuff for any girl with a biological clock ticking over with a hefty dose of societal guilt to be the perfect mother, whilst juggling the desire to maintain her career.
