Well, not really. But Steve Coppinger beat Aamir Atlas Khan (nephew of squash legend Jansher Khan) at the World Squash Championship in Denmark.
And Frock Report favourite Natasha ‘Bat for Lashes’ Khan is the niece of the even-more legendary Jahangir Khan.
Alas, the unqualified wisdom of Wikipedia gives us nothing less tenuous than this: Jansher is not known to be directly related to Jahangir, but their families originate from the same village in the Peshawar region of northern Pakistan, so they may be distantly related.
Jacquie Myburgh sent me this pic this morning – I laughed like a drain. No really it happens. The sculpture is called “What You see Might Not Be Real,” by Chen Wenling and is on display in Beijing.
