Gone are the days of the reason I do what I do…. (well one of them at least), TRL on MTV! Carson Daly hosting one of the most interactive, fun music shows on the music channel. When the show was taken off air last year, I was really bummed. We move on though…. and it seems M-Net does too, by introducing its new reality TV show called. Soundcheck Live. The show will kick off next week at 5pm. The presenters who will be holding down the fort are Idols host, Liezel van der Westhuzien and singer/traffic presenter Bongani Nxumalo of 94.7 Highveld Stereo. It’s a weekly, hour-long show that will give viewers and opportunity to request their favourite songs from SA, Africa and around the world… and from any era too. Sounds like a hit in the making. We’ve seen these two on TV and heard them on radio before, so I guess they’ll bring that fun, interactive element to this show! They should have auditioned me, I would’ve been rad for this job Wednesdays @ 5pm!
