On twitter, if you’re following Sara Morishige Williams, the pregnant wife of Twitter honcho Ev Williams, you’ll know that her waters broke earlier today and she’s called for an epidural. Poor woman. (The baby might be born by now. We don’t know that yet.)
The one I thought was quite good, but I don’t like it much, is that she is behaving as we women do. Erratic. Hormonal. Changing her mind. But oh dear, how she’s reinforcing negative stereotypes of women. As I am now too.
There are other theories. The Daily Beast has a list they’ve collated. I think she’s giving up either because she can no longer stand the negative criticism, or because there is a massive scandal about to be revealed. Or perhaps she’s pregnant again as this video suggests:
Do you think the first lady of France may be pregnant? Last year she told Vanity Fair “I’d love to have children with Nicolas. I hope to, if I am young enough. It would be a dream.” Maybe maybe.

On her due date, rapper M.I.A., gave a faboulsly pregnant performance interjecting her Paper Planes during “Swagga Like Us” with Jay-Z, Kanye West, Lil Wayne and T.I.
What fun! The outfit has caused much consternation in our office. Most of the girls hate it. I love it. I think she looks absolutely beautiful, strong, and healthy.
I’ve just come across this little piece of gossip. It’s 2am in the morning. I can’t sleep. I’ve done the list of things-to-do and the shopping list. Prepared the school bags. Still awake. So, it’s a good time to trawl the internet.
I thought it was the flak jacket that was making her look a little plumper. But according to Perez Hilton it’s not the flak jacket: Michelle Obama is pregnant! She did say she wants to be mom-in-chief.
‘This is completely unconfirmed and at this point just a “rumor” but we’re hearing the talk in D.C. is that Michelle Obama is pregnant.’ says Perez Hilton.
Apparently Kate Moss may be pregnant: that’s according to the Sun. She’s apparently not drinking, wearing loose clothes and has called all her friends together for a gathering at her country home next week.
I am sure news will be out soon if Lila Grace will be getting a baby sister or brother.
She’s not pregnant. But she really does want a child apparently. Here she is cuddling her cute little co-star.
In the latest Entertainment Weekly, she uses an interview promoting her latest movie, Marely and Me, to criticize the constant speculation that she’s expecting a baby. When she is pregnant she says, ‘Everyone will be like, “Yeah, right”. It’s the boy who cried wolf. Stop stealing my thunder, mother f#$%$%!”
And then she says, ‘I feel like that’s (pregnancy) in my future and I’m on the verge of it in some way.’
