Jub and his friend must get life sentences finish & klaar! They are old enough to know that if you drink, use cocaine and drive there is a huge chance that you will cause death of injury to yourself and/or others. I don’t think this was the first time they did this. I appeal to SAfricans please drive carefully especially young men Speed Kills and it’s no joke.This happened in also inEmdeni last week, young men showing off!

@ Mr say it like it is….. If you were the one that lost a loved one I bet you would sing a diffirent tune all together. No one is perfect but we were given a “little voice” that tells us what is right and what is wrong. Clearly the DRUGS and ALCOHOL took over this voice of reason and it was a huge mistake!!???!!?? I think not. We all have brains. Some just dont use it the way they should.

To all those who wish jub jub will go down for murder,here is how its gonna go down,this is the law in RSA as we speak,ur emotions o personal views dont count for chicken **** in court,here goes the trial……
Stage 1…. There has to be an ACT – this part jubjub played a role,he drove the car/drag raced in ekasi….
Stage 2…..was the ACT the CAUCE of death of the deceased????? Yes it was…..so far so good for he state
Stage 3….. Was the ACT UNLAWFULL????yes drag racing is unlawfull and yes he unlawfully caused the death of the decesead
Stage 4….was jubjub capacitated during commission of the crime in other words was he aware of wat he was doin and is there anything that might have have taken away his ability to act responsibly??????alcohol comes in play @ this point, now the state needs to prove beyond reasonanble doubt that jub jub knew wat he was doin,and jubjub will say he was so intoxicated he did not know what he was doin o if he knew he could not reconcile with the consequence of such an act….
Lastly stage 5…. The state has to prove jubjubs fault either as intention or negligence….this is the tricky part if the state wants to hang mjubana on murder they need to prove intention,that is he intentionally cozed the death of thoz 4 victims,this is no easy task ladies and gentleman coz best beliv wen i tell u the state will fail ryt here,but no need to dispair f the state lawyer is worth his salt he will take another avenue dolus eventualis,that is he will say that jubjub knew that drag racing in that street o road whatever it was- was dangerous and that if he drag raced he would end up killing someone but jubjub ignored his conscience and went on to race therby reconciling with the fact that some1 myt get killed as a result of his actions……but this again ladies and gentlemen will nt be easy let me u ryt now,coz mjubanaslegal team will b fytn wit everything they ggot to make sure he does not see jail,afterall thats y he is paying them ryt?
Ok if the murder charge fails then the state will have to b content with a charge of culpable homicide that will require fault in the form of negligence…..easier to prove for the state than a charge of murder……

no one is perfect in this world ,everyone have mistakes and everyone need to be given a second chance to correct his or her wrong doing.Jub jub bad driving resulted in a very painful thing although it like but he deserve to be given a second chance as everyone else.This is very painful to everyone and him as well. Let not make him suffer he is already suffering .LET just put everything to GOD.Forgiving is the key at this moment.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEND CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILIES.EVERY THING HAPPENS FOR A REASON GOD IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO KNOWS WHY HE ALLOW THIS TRAGEDY TO HAPPEN.

I`m disappointed at the fact that it is very easy for us to be so judgmental , in honest fact what happened was not right and definitely unintentional , it`s easy to cast a stone when you are on the other side but the fact is mistakes happen , at times we get so excited by our emotions that we forget to rationalize about the decisions that we make , this is what happened to Molemo ,My condolences to the families who lost their loved ones, to Molemo & Tshabalala`s families as well , they all need our prayers and support regardless of who is wrong …..it could have been any of us because 90% of the time we do illegal things without even thinking twice, e.g. drinking and driving, Are we so hard because he is a celebrity & will he get a fair trial, remember that you are innocent until proven guilty, in this case we all know that he was wrong but is he guilty of Murder or culpable homicide?? There was no intention at all and most importantly it is their constitutional right to get a fair trial….. Let’s not take that away from them because the fact is we are all equal in the eyes of the law regardless of our status, I guess that is how it’s supposed to be.

To answer your question Jaxx82 .YES..I have lost direct family member in a car accident 2 years and 7 months ago and it was not her fault what so eva and yes my family and I knew the person responsible and we forgave him and we do not regret making that decision cause we understood that it was not his intention to take her life..

Phumie u talk about having a family member being robbed of a future.. I have experienced that 1st hand, I have lost a sister in a car accident and she was robbed of her bright future due 2 some being 2 excited and irresposible ( I know the pain and i dont wish it on any1). It saddens me to think that so many young lives have been lost unnecessarily, and then you think again that SA law has so many loops together with the actual people running it.
Mandoza got away with murder and with a very good lawyer, Jub Jub will get away with just a slap in the hand.

I dont like commenting on people but Gandhi please take your legal comment somewhere else – maybe high school class. It is very legally simply for the state to win this case – only if people involved do not temper with the evidence. If they do get their emotions involved and temper with evidence to get the accused in jail – they will lose the case. They have been charged with murder which in this case easy to prove as much as it can be a complex process which I do not think I should bore you with all that legal talk. Lack of judgment on part of the accussed is the main problem … from the beginning. Dont drink and drive, and in this case, drag race.

Yes, we don’t have the right to judge, however, I feel that Celebrities think that they can get away with anything becoz of their status. I can name a few who were in the same scenario. But they need to know that nobody is above the law. Jub jub is shaming the Christians, here he is sing Gospel yet his lifestyle contradicts what he’s preaching. Alcohol is one thing but drugs… they have to be taught a lesson. People think prison is hell. It’s actually a place where you need to realise the mistake that you committed and learn how not to do the same mistake again in the future. Hence it’s called “Correctional Services”. Maybe they’ll get to find what they are truly looking for in life there and even be introduced to Christ.

what people do know is that we the public have had enough.mandoza killed 2 people but it was not taken seriously because the dead people were foreigners.lance davids also.dr khumalo forgot his driving skills and is still awaiting trial.we are baying for blood but the justice system will remain the same.they let off guilty people out innocent ones remain in jail because they don’t appear on tv.i was convicted of rape when apparently we had agreed with my own girlfriend to have ***,but when i told her i had no money for her hair she cried rape.jub jub you will reap what you sow.we will hunt you down as well as any other celebrity that comes free.
