Last week Nicolas Sarkozy spent a night in hospital after experiencing a dizzy spell while on a Sunday morning jog in Paris. He has insisted he is in good health but doctors told him he needs rest. So this weekend he began a 3-week holiday with his wife and children at Carla’s family villa on a secluded promontory near Cavaliere in France.
