Palin meets Zardari: You are so nice

On Wednesday, the US first lady, Laura Bush, was asked in an interview on CNN whether Ms. Palin had enough foreign policy experience. “Of course she doesn’t have that,” Mrs. Bush said.

“You know, that’s not been her role,” she said. “But I think she is a very quick study, and fortunately John McCain does have that sort of experience.”

So, the McCain Palin campaign has been very busy trying to get Palin some foreign experience. She has been meeting with leaders. Yesterday, she met with the  Asif Ali Zardari, the new president of Pakistan.  Here is an extract from the exchange between the two (taken from the New York Times):

“‘I am honored to meet you,” Ms. Palin said.

‘You are even more gorgeous than you are on the (inaudible),’ Mr. Zardari said.

‘You are so nice,’ Ms. Palin replied. ‘Thank you.’

‘Now I know why the whole of America is crazy about you,’ Mr. Zardari continued. At which point an aide told the two to shake hands.

‘I’m supposed to pose again,’ Ms. Palin said.

‘If he’s insisting,’ Mr. Zardari said, ‘I might hug.’”

Is this the kind of foreign policy experience a leader needs?

Surely wasn’t picked for the role because of her extensive experience (in anything) – she is certainly more ‘likeable’ than the other wannabe female pretender Hillary.

I am shocked and ashamed at the comments made by Asif Ali Zardari which proves only one thing that Pakistanis don’t have respect for American Women. This is a case of sexual harrasment!!!

Keep it up Zardari, if Palin is VP – Pakistan will remain safe. Good looks do count in politics as well. Zardari impressed by Palin and vice versa, isn’t it great!?

Give a thought if some one said this to late Ms Benazir Zardari Bhutto, what would be Zardari’s reaction.
Anyhow how pakistanis should have to learn to respect women not only in Pakistan also outside of Pakistan.

i think Benazir bhutto is more beautiful than Sarah palin in qualification and experience she is also one of the leading lady.but now it is unveiled that Zardari himself is a low categori dacoit.May Allah save Pakistan from Zardari

Whole Pakistan is very unfortunate that got preseident like Zardari.People who brought him as pesident are also not politician and looter and dacoits.They all dont want pakistan prespect in the world but only wealth.We can balance Musharaf with zardari.Zardari is not heir of PPP but he got this lotteri due to lack of sense and education in our people of pakistan. May Allah save our country with these kinds of looters and nonsense.
