Girl from Greece not Denise Pipitone

The Daily Mail reported late on Friday, after I had posted  ‘Missing Girl found in Greece‘, that the little girl is not  Denise Pipitone.

According to SAPA,  the DNA tests proved that the girl was in fact the daughter of the Roma woman who was accompanying the child. She is not the Italian child who went missing from her home in Sicily four years ago.

Sorry about that – I was really excited about the idea of a missing child returning to its parents.
