DUNNO about you, but I am very ambivalent about this. On the one hand, who could deny that Carlos Parreira took a desperately disorganised team and made something of them before he quit to attend to ailing wife. Joel Santana coasted on Parreira’s achievements, but failed to take Bafana forward.
But, but, but … is Parreira the right man for Bafana right now? What happens if his wife takes a turn for the worse? What about the popular dissatisfaction with his multi-million buck deal?
We are flying into a World Cup storm with a pilot who might leave the cockpit at any time. Not good.

Parreira, Parreira, Parreira! Wen the going gets tough, he jumps ship. Parreira lacks confident in south african players, that’s y he quit, we all know that, Stuff the story of the sick wife. He failed to qualify for the afcon, and besides we do not have time for building anymore. We wanna play. Please somebody tell Raymond Hack to resign, he undermines south africans. Phambili nge local coach phambili.

I think we are going nowhere with this Brazilian coach. Safa is killing our football. How can they appoint a man who failed us to qualify for the African Cup of Nations, I think this Brazilian is here for money nothing else. looking backwards, not even a single international coach won a trophy with Bafana Bafana. I think we will never reach even a semifinal with this Brazilian coach. I think in World Cup my favourite Country will Ghana not South Africa. I will support Ghana not this country.

Away with Raymond Hack and Kirsten Nematendani who was voted unopposed

Not happy with SAFA at all

I think this was a dialogue between Perrera and Santana)
Perrera: dude stop sitting around and starving in Brazil, there’s a place in Africa with plenty of moola and the football association is a bunch of retards who will pay you whatever you want and believe whatever you say.
Santana: how much are we talking about?
Pererra: around R1.5 mil a month….
Santana: You lie….get out of here! I thought Africa was a third world continent?
Parerra: Yep thats what I thought too, but hey these guys are nut case, they are so gullible its not funny, and they think they are rich..
Santana: you getting me excited now, but how will I get my hands on those riches?
Parerra: mmmmmhhh….. how well do you know soccer cousin? because i was thinkin you can come take my place as a coach of their national team, i miss home now and I’ve had my share already..
Santana: I watch it every now and then.
Parrera: Ahhhh, thats enough.. we can even say you’ve coached a small local team before and I will recommend you cousin…
Santana: man we talking about a national team here, not just any local team!!
Parrera: Dont worry cousin leave all that to me, I told you thats a banana republic.
Santana: But dont you have a contract with them already?
Parrera: So what? I can always say my wife is sick and needs my support..
Santana: oh one last thing…. I just met this woman I really like her, I cant just cant leave here..
Parrera: Can she speak English?
Santana: She watches Santa Babra and she said to me this morning “happy morning”
Parrera: Great!!! she can go to SA with you.. we’ll say she’s your interpreter, she can also earn some money from SAFA.
Santana: you kidding me… it this country soo bad?
Parrera: a circus I tell you…
Santana: what if I want to come back home before my contract expires?
Parrera: dont worry you will not stay there for long, no one ever does, the team loses all the time and the public blames the coach…
Santana: so these guys cant even play?
Perrera: come watch this video… you see this weakest link? “Aron Mokeona the gate way” he is the captain. should I say more?
Santana: hahahahaha… let me go do my visa and passport right away.

a very clever man. he was able to preserve his job by recommending a nobody knowing full well that safa will come running to him – and it is all going according to his plan. Santana is now a millionare and parreira is having another go at the millions. when is safa going to wake up. it is more dignified to loose with your palookas than with foreign pallokas. safa is the problem not the coaches or players. if there is a hope for sa soca it begins with safa. Safa is fumbling while our team is sliding backwards. Look at rugby it is local coaches that are winning the world cups.

i just cant ignore the fact that having aliens coaches is one of the factors handicaping bafana bafana from success..i mean why do we have to take perreira..we have people like JOMO. AND CLIVE BARKER…not mentioning the rest…its time to have to take one our own..this is a world cup we are talking about..i dont wish for this to happen but there is a great possibilty of being the first nation to be knocked out in the first round at our own turf……
