		<description>That might be a good move. At least the government is now looking at ways to save money, even if they wasted / stole / corrupted or whatever a lot of money / services. 

Hopefully this will be the turning point in attitude. They&#039;ve realised the money fountain is drying up and we need to use our funds more wisely.</description>
