THEY’VE discovered ice on Mars. Now, if they discover single malt whiskey, we’ll know for sure that there is intelligent life on our neighbouring planet.
But, on a more serious note, the discovery of ice has been confirmed by the fact that the white substance disappeared once exposed to direct sunlight.
This really does amount to the most amazing discovery about a nearby planet as the presence of water is a precondition for the existence of carbon-based life forms.
The prospect of Mars having once been habitable — or being habitable to humans in the future — is truly ground breaking.

If only we could turn from our petty and self-destructive instincts and reach for the stars.

What a world it would be.

Then Manto would take the next available space ship to mars…

Humans would create a zoo and put mugabe in a cage and send him to Mars….

….and all men would finally go back home… :P
