Frene Ginwala has ordered that the letter written by President Thabo Mbeki to Justice Minister Brigette Mabandla regarding the prosecution of Jackie Selebi not be released. But I have obtained a copy of it and here it is:
Dear Brigette,
You remember our gooda friend Jackie? Always with the new Aigner shirt bought by that fat guy with the squeezed up eyes?
Well, Jackie has been runningk my security operation with greata success. Not many prosecutions, but he is a good friend of the family, so great success!
Well, Jackie is going through a hard time. That cock-a-roach Pikoli has got it in his head that he can do what he likes. Now he want to prosecuta Jackie because he has a good friend who helps him out with this and that. He seems to have forgotten that I runna things in this country.
What do we do with cock-a-roaches? We squasha them! Stampa on them with the heel of the crocodile skin shoe!
Now you tella that Pikoli that he leava Jackie alone or I will kicka his ass out on the pavement with the other cock-a-roaches! Capiche?
You gooda friend,
Thabo

I think your accent is lousy.
Unfortunately though I can vouch for the accuracy of the letter.

Apologise to whom? He didn’t mention the country!!!
Thabo Mbeki could be the name of the president of Corruptoland somewhere in the Pacific Islands!! and Frene Ginwala could be the name of his maid….ya know wata mean
Donna Mabandla brings a new ‘freshness’ to the use of jowls for intimidation purposes. Check her out the next time she is on TV.

May 9, 2008 at 3:15 pmThe ANC have failed us. Not in the way that we might think though. They have become just another government like the others all over the world. A little bit of good and a little bit of bad. We hoped for a government that would be the best in the world – that will redefine the world. But in the end, they just became a normal government. First it was Free! Free at Last! Now we can say, Normal! Normal at Last! http://angryafrican.net/2008/0.....-failed-us
