According to results posted at polling stations, the MDC now has a clear majority in Parliament with 117 of the 210 seats on offer. Robert Mugabe’s Zanu-PF has only 50 seats with a further 20 going to independents.
Even if Zanu-PF wins all the remaining seats, it will lose its Parliamentary majority.
The site Independent Election Results Center also has Tsvangerai with 58% of the vote to Mugabe’s 37%.

Agree with Tawanda – I remember well in 2002 all the early indications showing a big MDC win – only for the “official” results to hand the victory to Mugabe. Zimbabweans are about to have their genuine hopes smashed once again by this ruthless tyrant.
How do we know who to believe. There are so many sources and today being april fools makes everything much harder
hey guyz im just over happy to know that the devil has been removed from zimbabwe
I cant understand, when the Information Minister Bright whatever-his-name-is is interviewed on TV why cant the interviewer simply ask, ‘what has Bob done for the average Zimbabwean in the last 5 to 10 years’. This talk of a run-off is nonsense. And why does nobody mention that any votes that he HAS got, he most likely BOUGHT with promises of farms, companies etc etc.
ITS CLEAR THAT MUGABE LOST IN THDESE ELECTIONS WFHY IS HE SO SCARED HE EVEN SAY HE HAS BEEN ROBEND HOW BECAUSE NO BODUY KNOWS WHO WIN THE ELECTIONS YET HE PLAYED HIS ROLE THANK NOW ITS ENOUGH
