Dear news ed,

1. Pls chck if anyone is attending Jacob Zuma’s media briefing (NB: Only black journalists allowed …)
2. If so, pls ask him re: Wife number 3 – When is the wedding? Will she be first, second or third lady etc
3. Ask foreign desk to note point when Zim inflation passes 1 million percent … could be by end of week.
4. How many weeks can Bok coach go ahead without signing contract? Does he get paid?
5. Pls ignore Britney. Whole thing in bad taste now.
6. Chk daily briefing by Safety and Security Minister on Scorpions in case policy changes again.

I also check google for Zuma / Mbeki / ANC / SACP / COSATO phrases every morning. It is interesting at least. One question no one in the press seem to answer or address: how can the ANC party allow someone that has been accused of criminal deeds and that will stand trial, be allowed to stand and become the president of the political party? I mean isn’t this a party organizational issue too? Something to consider writing about if its a slow day…
