This is insane!
“The Twilight Saga: New Moon”, the sequel to last years smash teen hit “Twilight” has already broken records for 2009.

Check this out for an interesting read

The film dawned with a hot-blooded estimated $140.7 million on approximately 8,500 screens at 4,024 sites over the weekend, charting as the third highest-grossing opening behind only The Dark Knight and Spider-Man 3.
so far it’s the biggest opening for 2009.

Unlike the first film, this one is Directed by Chris Weitz

The trailer premiered at the VMA’s earlier this year, here it is.
