First it was the Catholics and their sodding bells rung most loudly whenever anybody has a hangover. Then it was the Muslims and their call to prayer. Now its the Anglicans doing their bit to make  sure people have hangovers in order to get annoyed at the Catholics and Muslims.

Positively perfidious.

The residents of a Durban area are rather miffed at an Anglican Church renting out one of its function rooms as a party venue – and frankly they are right to be.

Sure Church may imply people drinking alchohol and then singing love songs to something invisible, but that doesn’t make it zoned for partying.

If that Islamic center in Oudtshoorn can get slammed for its call to prayer, I think God’s own nightclub can be required to turn that music down.
