Loots Bosman, who last played for South Africa a year ago, will open the batting with Graeme Smith in Friday night’s T20 international against England at theWanderers.
Bosman has made four T20 appearances for the Proteas, scoring 105 runs at 35.00.
He has a strike rate of 140 in T20 and was the first player to score a century in the domestic T20 competition.
Ryan McLaren, who won his first ODI cap at the weekend against Zimbabwe, now wins his first T20 cap and Charl Langeveldt returns.
