Residents of Mulholland Park Estates in Tarzana, California, will awake days from now to meet their new neighbours, Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom.

According to reports from TMZ the newly weds  Kardashian and Odom are now homeowners, adding that the house is “brand new and beautiful!”

The gossip site also reported that the couple bought the house for $3.995 million with enough room for a large family with 8347 square feet, seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. And, the house is allegedly in a gated, guarded community with the Estate offering the couple additional privacy and security.

According to RadarOnline, the house’s amenities include a pool with a spa, waterfall and cabanas, parking for 15 cars, a home theater, steam room, gym, guest quaters and fully landscaped gardens.

Kardashian, 25, and Lamar, 30, wed on Sept. 27 and have reportedly been living in expensive hotels since their union. As for the patter of little feet around their huge new place? Odom told Chelsea Handler Nov. 6 that he’d like his new wife to get pregnant “soon.”

Seeing they already have tatoos with each other’s initials one can only think they plan on making this union last forever.
